Open Global were one of 5 companies that I asked to submit a proposal to design our new website as well as produce a number of template documents for us to use with the same branding.

I chose Matt because he was straight to the point and really easy to understand. Others seemed to make things sound very complicated. He responded to some pretty basic questions in a way that didn't sound patronising. His estimate of how long things would take him made the process sound much easier than others had. And he delivered on everything at a much lower price than others had quoted.

Matt responded to some pretty tight deadlines and always made me feel as if the importance of launching our new service mattered as much to him as it did to us. He worked so well with our copy writer too. That added to his credibility as someone who was consistent in his professional approach.

Matt took the trouble to get a better understanding of our customer base in order to optimise our search engine results. It was complex to balance what potential customers might be searching for with representing ourselves professionally.

He took the time to replace images and responded amost instantly to changes as we took feedback from our customers.

I have been delighted with the final result. Not only am i really pleased with our site, but we've had loads of feedback that others think it's great too.
